Education is the primary mission of the Western Association of Food Chains. With the support of scholarship donors, WAFC established and has funded the Food Industry Management Program at the USC Marshall School of Business since 1958. In 2000 WAFC, working with the Community College system launched a curriculum of 10 classes specifically designed for food industry associates
