Division Sales Manager- Grocery (San Francisco)
Annie’s, a leader in Natural and Organic foods is seeking a dynamic Division Sales Manager to develop its growing grocery channel business in the West. This role requires the ability to manage Broker Partners to accomplish objectives. Key customer responsibility includes Safeway, HEB, Albertsons LLC, Winco, Raley’s, Savemart, Lucky, Bashas, and others. All business activities must be done in a way that underscores the social mission of Annie’s brands.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing key West Grocery Accounts. Past experience in team leadership, budget management, business planning and strategic account penetration is desired.
The Division Sales Manager will demonstrate leadership, flexibility, diplomacy, and facilitation skills in working with all team members and external partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) are essential in this role.
Education & Experience:
5-7 years of CPG/Natural Foods sales experience in Key Account Sales, Trade Marketing and Broker Management.
Experience selling to Safeway,HEB, Albertsons preferred.
Develop annual customer business in partnership with Trade Marketing. Align Annie’s brand strategies with customer business strategy to maximize growth and profitability.
Direct and monitor all aspects of trade promotion to ensure maximum impact.
Manage Broker partner sales execution and scorecard their performance against MAPS objectives.
Develop strategic customer relationships.
Leverage value added selling to advantage Annie’s.
Champion in-store excellence for Annie’s.
