Founded in 1960, The Deli, Dairy,  Bakery, Meat & Seafood Perishable Council of Southern California (PCSC) is an association of retailers, brokers, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers (both regional and national) who are conducting business in the perishable food industry.

It was established as a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation to serve the interests of members and business owners in the regions where they conduct business.

This will be our first "in-person dinner meeting" since March 2020.
Social hour starts at 5:00 pm
Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm followed by the night's program
Cost is $70 per person advance notice or $75 at the door.
